Mila & Milo Kids does not manufacture all products presented on the website.

All trademarks, logos, product names, and brand identities belong to their respective owners.

3. Orders & Availability

All orders are subject to product availability and acceptance.

In rare situations, an item may become unavailable after purchase due to inventory synchronization delays between suppliers and warehouses.

If this occurs, Mila & Milo Kids reserves the right to:

cancel the order;

offer a replacement item;

issue store credit;

or provide a refund.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

All prices are listed in Euros (€).

Prices may change without prior notice.

Payments are securely processed through third-party payment providers. Mila & Milo Kids does not store or have access to full payment details.

Customers are responsible for any applicable currency conversion fees, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or local charges imposed by their country.

5. Shipping & Delivery

All delivery timeframes are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

Shipping times may vary due to:

customs clearance;

Mila & Milo Kids is not responsible for shipping delays caused by third-party logistics providers, shipping carriers, or customs authorities.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may incur additional shipping charges.

6. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, taxes, or import fees depending on the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not controlled by Mila & Milo Kids.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures.

8. Returns & Exchanges

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and provide photographic evidence.

Returned items must:

be in their original condition;

and include the original packaging.

The following items may not be eligible for return:

or final sale items.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the item was damaged or sent incorrectly.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Mila & Milo Kids is not responsible for lost or damaged returns during transit. Customers are strongly advised to use a tracked shipping service.

Returns sent without prior approval may be refused.
