Delivery & Return

RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

Customers may request a return within 14 days after receiving the order.

Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging with all tags and accessories included.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless:

• the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, or

• otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Products from different brands or suppliers may require separate return shipments.

Please note that slight variations in color, texture, dimensions, or packaging may occur due to screen settings, handmade production, or supplier manufacturing processes and shall not be considered defects.

Certain items may not be eligible for return, including:

• custom-made or personalized products,

• hygiene-sensitive items,

• used or damaged products caused by the customer.

If a customer refuses delivery or fails to collect the order from a pickup point, the customer remains responsible for all shipping, return shipping, and handling costs incurred.

Before returning any item, customers must contact us first to receive return instructions and approval.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions above.

We work with trusted European suppliers and fulfillment partners to provide high-quality products and reliable shipping services.

Order Processing

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Certain handmade or made-to-order items may require additional preparation time before shipment.

Estimated Delivery Times

• European Union: 3–8 business days

• United Kingdom: 4–10 business days

• Other available international destinations: delivery times may vary depending on the destination country and customs procedures.

Delivery times are estimates only and may occasionally be affected by customs clearance, public holidays, weather conditions, or courier delays beyond our control.

Shipping Availability

We currently ship within the European Union and to selected international destinations, including the United Kingdom.

At this time, we do not offer shipping to the United States, Russia, Belarus, or certain restricted regions.

Brande Packaging & Separate Shipments

At Mila&Milo Kids, we carefully curate products from selected European brands and independent designers.

As we work with multiple suppliers and partner brands, some items may arrive in separate shipments and in the original branded packaging of each manufacturer.

This allows us to offer a unique selection of premium products while ensuring authenticity, product quality, and direct fulfillment from trusted European partners.

If your order includes products from different brands, they may be shipped separately and delivered at different times.
